Objective: Produce Northwell Health’s annual Leadership Rally for over 4,000 Northwell employees

  • Transformed the Theater at Madison Square Garden to align with the event’s theme of Endless Possibilities
  • Treated guests to complimentary catering and pre-show activities, including virtual greeters, coffee jetpacks, interactive signature walls, and multiple teaser campaigns
  • Managed guest performances, internal speakers and a keynote from NASA Captains Mark & Scott Kelly and former congresswoman, Gabriel Giffords
  • Concluded the show with a tribute to the organization’s president via a surprise performance from NYPD’s Pipe & Drums
