The Story of Us: Northwell Health’s Employee Rally
THE EXPERIENCE
We took what was once a “leadership-only” rally at the Theater at Madison Square Garden and made it an “all employee” rally at Jones Beach Theater in Long Island. (We needed a bigger boat.) The 300,000 sq-ft parking lot was transformed into an immersive wellness-themed tailgate, lovingly dubbed the Wellgate.
THE RESULT
We split the Wellgate into four storytelling zones representing key strategic focus areas. This expansive footprint allowed us to engage employees through custom installations, team-building, and interactive storytelling.
In the evening, the storytelling was taken on stage for a jam-packed show featuring inspirational speakers, Broadway performances and the celebration of Northwell’s annual President’s Awards winners – a long-standing recognition program.
